Advanced In-House Emission Laboratory

As the only aftermarket catalyst manufacturer with a fully integrated, in-house emission testing laboratory, we have established a unique capability to validate and optimize catalyst performance under true-to-use conditions.
Our facility enables comprehensive evaluation of catalytic converters by testing the catalyst substrate within the assembled system, installed on a vehicle. This method provides end-use performance data that aligns with regulatory drive cycles and real-world operating parameters, ensuring consistent compliance with stringent emissions standards.
Expertise in Three-Way Catalyst (TWC) Technology
ECT specializes in the development, production, and validation of Three-Way Catalysts (TWC), which are critical for controlling NOx, CO, and HC emissions in gasoline engine applications.
